Terms of Use for Volt

Introduction

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your relationship with Volt, a password, and credential management tool created and maintained by Yello Garden (Pty) Ltd ("us," "we," or "our"). By accessing or using Volt, you agree to be bound by these Terms and accept all legal consequences. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, in whole or in part, please do not use Volt.

Description of Service

Volt provides users with the ability to generate and manage passwords, store addresses, and save payment methods such as bank card details for online shopping. The service includes all software, applications, data, text, images, and other content made available by or on behalf of Yello Garden. Any modifications to Volt are also subject to these Terms.

Use of the Service

1. Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use Volt. By using Volt, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
2. Prohibited Use: You agree not to use Volt for any unlawful purpose or in any way that infringes upon third-party rights, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and privacy rights. Prohibited activities include:
   • Breaking the law (in any way)
   • Spreading false or misleading information about Volt
   • Spamming or scamming the service
   • Using Volt to spam or scam others
   • Hacking or tampering with Volt
   • Violating copyright laws
3. Security and Data Protection: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to Volt, including all software, applications, data, text, images, and other content made available by or on behalf of Yello Garden, will remain with and belong exclusively to Yello Garden.

Termination

1. Term of Agreement: This Agreement commences on the date you first access or use Volt and continues until terminated by either party.
2. Termination for Cause: Either party may terminate this Agreement upon thirty (30) days' written notice to the other party of a material breach if such breach remains uncured at the expiration of such period.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Volt is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Yello Garden shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of Volt.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without notice. Your continued use of Volt following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
